What data we process

Your name, email address and, if provided, phone number, travel dates, number of travellers, and the golf, hotel or experience preferences you select in our planner or contact forms.

Purpose

To respond to your information or quote request and, only if you expressly accept by ticking the relevant box, to send you personalised golf offers for Costa Daurada by email.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the form checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Recipients

We share your request details with the tour operator (DMC) handling the relevant package — currently Oravia Travel Group or another specialised operator, depending on the package — so they can prepare your proposal and, where applicable, manage the booking and payment. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for other purposes.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as you maintain your consent to receive offers, and in any case for the time needed to handle your request and comply with our legal obligations.

Visit statistics

We count visits to the website with our own system, which uses no cookies and does not store your IP address or any data that identifies you: only the page visited, the language, the referring website and the type of device.
